WHAT'S INSIDE
Soft Focus Nylon Fibers deliver texturizing, soft focus, lengthening and volumizing effects. Panthenol conditions brows. Sodium Hyaluronate hydrates and helps soften and smooth brows.
HOW TO USE
Lightly brush onto brows, sculpting them into the desired shape. Use alone or after other brow powders or pencils.
